1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bke33 ("bke33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the bke33 website at bke33.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by bke33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bke33 platform and close your account if one exists. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English-language text. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the binding agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bke33 platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual. bke33 uses KYC documentation, payment method tracing, device fingerprinting, and IP analysis to detect duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. Any material misrepresentation — including provision of a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bke33 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication, use a unique strong password, and never share your account credentials with any third party. bke33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify bke33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bke33 reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation of any security incident and to request additional verification documentation before restoring access.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your bke33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active investigation is pending.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bke33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bke33 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment services not listed on the platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bke33, though individual payment service providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may apply their own per-transaction limits. Players are responsible for understanding the limits imposed by their chosen payment service.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in the account balance, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that have not completed verification will be held pending receipt of the required documentation. bke33 is not liable for delays to withdrawals caused by incomplete or pending KYC submissions.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. These are indicative timeframes and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bke33 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with responsible platform operation. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. bke33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request and to delay or decline processing where AML concerns are identified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by bke33 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time each promotion is made available. These Terms represent the general framework governing bonus use; specific promotional terms take precedence for any matters covered therein.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to any bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Real-money funds deposited into an account are not subject to wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time, subject to Section 4 above.

5.5 Promotional Amendments. bke33 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already received a bonus, the terms applicable at the time of receipt will continue to govern that bonus.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Providers. All casino games available on the bke33 platform are supplied by third-party certified software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. bke33 is not the developer of these games and accepts no liability for errors in game software originating with the provider.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a result can be determined in accordance with the applicable rules, bke33 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to the player's account. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting session, bke33 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs and resolve the session fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bke33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bke33 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms collectively.
• Arbitrage betting or other strategies designed to guarantee profit through exploitation of pricing discrepancies or bonus terms without genuine gaming risk.
• Money laundering, placement of funds derived from criminal activity, or use of the platform to facilitate any financial crime.

• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification.

Where any prohibited activity is identified, bke33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bke33 platform, including but not limited to the bke33 brand name, logo, website design, text content, graphics, interface elements, and software, is the intellectual property of bke33 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of bke33.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 bke33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bke33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9.3 bke33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bke33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.3 Finality of Game Results. All game outcomes and bet settlements recorded on bke33's servers are final, subject only to manifest error. A "manifest error" means an obvious and demonstrable mistake that is readily apparent from server-side records. Disputes based on a player's subjective impression of an outcome, or on outcomes that are within the normal variance of the game, will not be upheld.
